That’s actually supposed to be Danger Mouse and Sparklehorse with him (I don’t know if it’s actually them under the masks). It’s a promo from the excellent album Dark Night Of The Soul which I highly recommend to anyone who hasn’t heard it. Lynch did a book of photography as a visual companion to the music and also appears on the last track on the album.
